Refund Policy

  1. Cycrus Technologies may, in its sole discretion, provide you with a thirty (30) calendar day refund for the Services subscribed by you on the Website, provided that such refund request is made by you to Cycrus Technologies within the first month of the commencement of your selected initial Subscription Plan. To request a refund, you must send an email to contact@cycrus.com. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are outside the thirty (30) calendar days refund window, you shall not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  2. You acknowledge and understand that your cancellation of your Subscription Plan shall not automatically guarantee a refund.
  3. Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the first Fourteen (14) days following when their subscription begins. The 14-day period refund is only available during the first month.
  4. Cycrus Technologies may in its sole discretion permanently deny you access to its Website and/or Services in the event you request a refund after the thirty (30) calendar days window.
